Command Prompt (cmd)

How to open "CMD" with the easy step :

.::STEP 1::.
1) Click "Start"
2) Type "RUN"
3) Type "CMD"
4) Click "Enter"

.::STEP 2::.
1) Creat "New Text Document"
2) Type "cmd.exe"
3) Save data.
4) Change the file name : "New Text Document.txt" to "New Text Document.bat"
5) Click this file to open CMD..

So easy right..?
